About the Role

As a Sales Partner, you operate as an independent contractor with complete autonomy. No fixed hours, no limits, no ceiling on your earnings. You decide when you work, who you approach, and how much you want to earn. We provide the product, support, and structure. You just focus on closing deals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reaching out to Finnish companies in industries like restaurants, cafés, hotels, and retail
  • Booking meetings and demonstrating the value of Workfeed
  • Closing deals and passing them on to our onboarding team
  • Building and nurturing your long-term customer portfolio

What we expect from you:

  • You will meet your quarterly, very attainable, new revenue target
  • You will close deals on annual contracts
  • You will treat Workfeed's brand with respect and refrain from any actions that could harm it
Compensation

This is a commission-based role and your earnings are entirely performance-based with unlimited upside. You receive:

  • 50% commission on the annual value of each new deal you close - closed a deal worth €5000? You'll earn €2500
  • When your customers renew the following year, you will receive 25% of the annual value if you are meeting your quarterly new revenue target
  • There is no limit to the amount of commission you can earn
Who we are looking for

You already work independently or have a strong background in sales and would like to start working for yourself. You know the ins and outs of networking and selling, you just need a superior product to work with.

  • You are fluent in Finnish and comfortable in English
  • 3+ years of (outbound) sales or business development experience
  • B2B experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience selling to hospitality or retail businesses is a plus
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
