Gastromé – Michelin stars and happy employees.
Since 2014, Gastromé has delivered dining experiences that create memories for life. In 2015, the restaurant received its first Michelin star, as one of the first in Aarhus, and they have repeated the feat every year since.
However, the restaurant is much more than that. When Søren Jakobsen founded Gastromé together with his partner William, it was also to break away from the stressful work culture that traditionally prevails in the restaurant industry. For them, it was crucial to create a good workplace with a calm environment where staff could see themselves working for many years.
Workfeed as the gathering point for the team
Gastromé has been a Workfeed customer since 2022. Søren describes how the platform has become a vital tool for planning the future, as well as reflecting on the past.

Søren Jakobsen believes that it’s not just the planning that runs more smoothly with Workfeed—it’s also the payroll:
"Our bookkeepers have access to the system and can pull out timesheets with exact working hours, so we ensure everyone gets the correct pay. It creates fewer errors and more security for the staff."
