Our story starts
 with you.

Hi there
I'm Kristian, one of the co-founders of Workfeed.

People often wonder why we bothered creating yet another employee scheduling tool.

Well, the truth is, we built Workfeed because, quite frankly, the joy people were finding in existing solutions ranked somewhere between assembling Ikea furniture without instructions, to stepping on Lego barefoot.

Coming from the service industry ourselves, we've endured all sorts of scheduling nightmares. From chaotic Excel sheets to ancient legacy systems that couldn't care less about their customers. If we had a dime for every chaotic Excel sheet or customer-loathing legacy system we've encountered... well, we wouldn't need to start Workfeed. But we did.

Nearly 80% of small businesses are still using tools that weren't designed for scheduling. The current products on the market tend to cater to big enterprises, leaving the small and mid-sized companies high and dry, without the attention and respect they deserve.

We're here for them.

One step at a time we started figuring out what works and what doesn't. We explored fair pricing and flexible terms that wouldn't make customers question their life choices.

And that's how Workfeed was born.

Initially, we introduced a nifty feature that auto-magically matches available employees with open shifts. That alone attracted our first batch of customers. From there, we listened to feedback, made improvements, and fine-tuned our approach.

Fast forward about a year or so, Workfeed was whipping up the kind of results that makes your grandma suspicious. We're talking about time-saving miracles, employees grinning ear-to-ear, and workspaces that actually felt like, well, spaces you'd want to work in.

Thanks to continuous feedback and our own ideas, we've made thousands of improvements over the years, with so much more to come.

It's been an incredible journey so far, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to so many people. But above all, we feel an immense responsibility to keep building the best possible product for companies that are desperately seeking a better way to manage their staff. We’re here for them, 5 years and running.
