Your credit card information is sent directly to our secure payment processor and is not stored on Workfeed's servers.
We retain your billing address to charge you for the service and send you invoices.
We store the content you upload or receive on your Workfeed accounts on our servers. We do this so you can use our products as intended. We retain this content as long as your account is not deleted. If you decide to delete your account, backups of your data might be kept until the backups are rotated.
When you send an email or a message to Workfeed with questions, we store this correspondence, including your email address. We do this to have a history of past conversations that we can refer to if you contact us again in the future.
When you contact us as a customer via the Intercom support feature, we also record various information about your device, such as the operating system and whether you're using a mobile device. This helps us provide better support to you.
