Why we started
As students, we all worked part-time in the hospitality industry. Here, we experienced the struggle of balancing work with life outside of work, where unpredictable shifts clashed with exams, family, and social plans. And we weren’t alone. Our managers were dealing with their own headaches, trying to manage schedules and hours.
The tools available back then? Outdated or overpriced, leaving most schedules trapped in Excel sheets. It was clunky, time-consuming, and anything but flexible.
So, we decided to change that. We built a simple, affordable solution that not only matches employees to the right shifts but reduces scheduling to just a single click.
It's been an incredible journey so far, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to so many people. But above all, we feel an immense responsibility to keep building the best possible product for companies that are desperately seeking a better way to manage their staff. We’re here for them, 7 years and running.
