When you create your Workfeed account, your 14-day free trial of the Pro+ package is automatically activated. No payment details are required to get started with your trial. 

After the 14 days, you can decide if you want to continue with the Basic, Pro, or Pro+ version.
Every employee, manager, and administrator created in your Workfeed account is considered a user. You can add and remove users at any time.
Yes Basic is 100% free up to 20 users. You can delete and add users at any time. Once you exceed 20 users you will have to start paying for all the users in the account. The price per user starts at $3 per user / month.
For annual payments, payment is charged in advance. If you add more users during the year than you pay for, you will receive an additional invoice for these users, covering the remaining part of the period.

We accept payment via credit card, invoice, and bank transfers via payment service.
The number of employees is adjusted from month to month, so you only pay for the users you have on the account.

We only charge per user. There are no license fees, onboarding costs or anything else. However, if you choose to pay by invoice, we charge an invoice fee of $7 per invoice. This fee is charged because invoice payments give us more manual work. This can be avoided at all times by simply setting up automatic payment via credit card.
You are only bound for the period you have paid for. We don't do any long-term contracts to lock you in. Simple, straightforward, and fair, just as it should be.
