Subscription terms and general terms.

Workfeed's privacy policy is here to help you understand what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and how we protect, store, export, and delete it.

1. General

Workfeed.io (Workfeed ApS, hereinafter Workfeed) develops and offers software that makes it easy to schedule, manage, and pay your employees — across departments.

Definitions:
 · Customer: The business entity that enters into a subscription agreement with Workfeed.
 · End User: The individual employees of the Customer who use the Workfeed platform.

Subscriptions and payment

Workfeed offers both monthly and annual subscriptions without any lock-in period. The prices applicable at all times can be found at workfeed.io/pricing. All subscription payments at Workfeed are made with payment cards offered by Visa and MasterCard.

At Workfeed there is no lock-in. When you cancel your subscription, a maximum of 2 business days will pass before you receive a confirmation of the cancellation and that the refund of any excess payment is reversed. The admission conditions are described under Point 6.

At Workfeed, you get a 14-day free trial with access to all of Workfeed's Pro+ features. Within this period, you as a customer can at any time cancel the subscription by contacting Workfeed via Workfeed support or at [email protected].

Workfeed reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time without prior notice.

Workfeed's system is offered exclusively digitally to business customers, which is why our product, terms and conditions are only related to business-to-business.

2. When do we withdraw the money

We deduct the money on the date you make your purchase. If you make the purchase before your free trial period ends, we will not deduct the money until your free trial period has expired. The date of the subscription payment depends on which settlement period you as a customer have chosen.

If you as a customer have chosen an annual settlement period, the subscription payment will fall each year on the date of purchase. If you as a customer have chosen a monthly settlement, the subscription payment will fall on the month of your purchase.

3. Receipt

All receipts relating to confirmations, changes or terminations of your subscription are sent via e-mail. All receipts are sent to the e-mail that is provided in connection with the creation of your user profile on workfeed.io, or the one that you may. subsequently updated / changed your user profile.

4. Cardholder responsibility and liability

As a customer and cardholder, you are responsible for ensuring that your card information is correct and up-to-date, and that you are authorized to use the payment card in question.

You are liable as a customer for the selected subscription until it is terminated.

5. Updating card information

If you as a customer change payment card or your payment card expires or is otherwise invalidated, it is your responsibility to update the card information at Workfeed. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the updated card information is correct and that you are authorized to use the payment card in question.

6. Termination of the subscription and lock-in period

At Workfeed there is no lock-in periods. When you cancel your subscription, a maximum of 2 business days will pass before you receive confirmation of the cancellation and that the refund of any excess payment is reversed. This is provided that you as a customer have canceled the subscription in writing via our support chat or support email, as well as provided us with your account information in the event that excess subscription payments are returned to you as a customer.

Workfeed support email is [email protected]. Workfeed's support chat will be found either in the product at app.workfeed.io or on our website workfeed.io. The termination is only valid when you have received confirmation from Workfeed. Workfeed guarantees to confirm the termination within 2 business days.

7. Pricing and terms

The applicable prices and terms for a product are specified under workfeed.io/pricing/. Subscriptions with annual billing are charged one year in advance. Subscriptions with monthly billing are charged one month in advance.

The total subscription price depends on how many seats you as a customer need for users you have in Workfeed. If you pay monthly, the total subscription price will change if you have added more users than you have paid for. If you have annual billing and have added more users than you have paid for, the number will be adjusted and billed once a month. If you have fewer users than you have space for and would like to downgrade the number, it is your responsibility as a customer to notify Workfeed in writing about this. A user is considered to be any individual or account registered in Workfeed's employee list, regardless of activity status. This includes, but is not limited to, employees, administrators, managers, and other personnel.

All subscriptions and subscription payments will be automatically renewed, unless the subscription is terminated, cf. Point 6.

We accept payment via credit card, invoice and bank transfer. All payments via payment card will be made via Stripe.

If you choose to pay your invoice via bank transfer or FI code, a fee of $7 per invoice is charged.
If the invoice is not paid on time, we reserve the right to send the invoice to debt collection.

Workfeed reserves the right to change their prices with a minimum of 1 month's written notice for customers who are affected by this.

8. Right of withdrawal

During the free trial period, cf. section 1, you can cancel the subscription in question at any time free of charge by contacting Workfeed via Workfeed's support or at [email protected]. Workfeed's system, product and services are offered exclusively digitally, cf. Item 1 to corporate customers. Therefore, as a customer, you do not have a right of withdrawal outside the free trial period.

9. Terms of delivery

Workfeed considers the product to be delivered as soon as you as a customer have gained access to Workfeed's Basic, Pro or Pro+ product.

10. Acceptance of subscription terms

When you as a customer accept these subscription terms, you accept that Workfeed may charge the applicable amount, cf. section 7, for the use of Workfeed's products. You also accept that Workfeed may charge the applicable amount for each settlement period until the subscription is terminated, cf. section 6.

11. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any conflicting terms in these subscription terms, Workfeed is in no way liable for any loss or damage attributable to use for any other purpose or for use in and outside Denmark. The customer must indemnify Workfeed to the extent that Workfeed may be liable for such loss or damage.

12. Responsibility

Each party is liable for its own actions and omissions under applicable law with the limitations that follow from these subscription terms. Workfeed is responsible for product liability in respect of products to the extent that such liability follows from mandatory legislation. The customer must indemnify Workfeed to the extent that Workfeed may incur product liability in addition.

Workfeed‘s software is delivered "as is", that is, as it works at all times. For maintenance reasons, the customer's access to the system may be closed for short periods.

Notwithstanding any conflicting terms in these subscription terms, Workfeed shall not be liable to Customer for indirect losses, including loss of production, sales, profits, time or goodwill, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Possibly. claims can in no case exceed the customer's amount paid to Workfeed.

Notwithstanding any conflicting terms in these subscription terms, Workfeed is not liable to the customer for non-fulfillment of obligations attributable to force majeure. The discharge lasts as long as force majeure lasts. Force majeure is considered to be matters that are beyond Workfeed‘s control and that Workfeed should not have foreseen at the conclusion of the agreement. Examples of force majeure are unusual natural conditions, war, terror, fire, flood, vandalism and labor disputes.

13. Changes

Workfeed reserves the right to change and update these terms, as well as information of rights. These terms will be available at any time on Workfeed‘s website. If as a visitor, Customer, or End User has used Workfeed‘s system or visited Workfeed‘s website, it is considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Abuse

Workfeed reserves the right to close the Customer's or End User's access to Workfeed's system if there is reason to believe that the product is being misused.

15. Intellectual property rights

The full ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to products and related services, including patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights, belongs to Workfeed.
