FAQ.

When you create your Workfeed account, your 14-day free trial of the Pro+ package is automatically activated. No payment details are required to get started with your trial. 

After the 14 days, you can decide if you want to continue with the Basic, Pro, or Pro+ version.

Note: All your data from the trial period will remain in your account when you sign up for a subscription.
Every employee, manager, and administrator created in your Workfeed account is considered a user. You can add and remove users at any time.
If you pay annually, the price is $2 per user per month for the Basic plan, $3 for the Pro plan, and $5 for the Pro+ plan.  With annual payment, you pay the monthly fee per user for an entire year in advance. If you add more users during the year than paid for, you will receive an extra invoice for these.

We accept payment via credit card, invoice and bank transfer via payment service.
If you pay per month, the price is $3 per user per month for the Basic plan, $4 for the Pro plan, and $6 for the Pro+ plan. If you add more users over time, they will be added to the existing number of users at the end of each month.

We only charge per user. There are no license fees, onboarding costs or anything else. However, if you choose to pay by invoice, we charge an invoice fee of $7 per invoice. This fee is charged because invoice payments give us more manual work.
