Gedulgt replaces Google Sheet with Workfeed and optimizes their scheduling.

In the past, Gedulgt had issues with scheduling. They did not know which system they were going to use, because it did not meet the requirements they needed. Therefore Gedulgt created their own scheduling system in Google Sheets.

However, the issues continued, and it was especially time-consuming for the manager, Tanne Morville to finish the schedules. She used to spend around 10 hours every month on making schedules. Time passed, and eventually, this solution did not suit Gedulgt very well.

Gedulgt was searching for a system that was more professional and user-friendly. According to Tanne, the employees were tired of scrolling around in Google Sheets. It was not an optimal solution.

When Gedulgt was introduced to Workfeed, their issues were solved immediately.

The employees have access to an app in which they quickly get an overview of their shifts and also have the possibility to synchronize the schedule in their calendar.

Another feature with Workfeed is that the employees receive notifications on their phones in case of sudden changes. It’s a smart feature, and it helps the team to move forward:

Since implementing Workfeed in the company, it has given the manager, Tanne, the perfect solution to managing shifts. She is using half as much time to make schedules now with Workfeed.
