The Dyrhólaey team consists of 70 staff members, spread across various posts in the hotel and its restaurant. The amount of variation in the schedule made it very difficult for Sif, who's the Staff Manager at Dyrhólaey, to put the pieces together. But once this was finally accomplished, new challenges began to appear:
